At bikini boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Hygiene liners must remain attached
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant, or damage cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.
